All sales of products made and/or sold by 3cubed to our customers, are subject these terms and conditions.
1. Definitions
1.1 ‘Goods’ means the products which we are selling to you as set out in the Order.
1.2 ‘Order’ means a document whether in hard copy or electronic form specifying the goods we are to supply to you under these terms.
1.3 ‘We’ and ‘Us’ and related expressions mean 3cubed
1.4 ‘You’ and ‘Your’ and related expressions means the person to whom the order is addressed.
2. Basis of Contract
2.1 These terms set out the whole agreement between you and us for the sale of goods.
2.2 The order is an offer by you to enter into a binding contract, which we are free to accept or decline at our absolute discretion.
2.3 We will send you confirmation of your order in writing (either as a hard copy or via email) but this will not constitute acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of the order occurs when the products are despatched from our warehouse to you or you collect the order.
2.4 Prices and delivery charges are those that are in force at the time you submit your order. If the prices or charges are different to those published, this will be brought to your attention before we accept your order, giving you the option to cancel should you wish.
2.5 We reserve the right to revise and amend these terms at any time.
3. The Goods portrayed on this website
3.1 While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur: the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow, but cannot be guaranteed due to variations in monitor display settings and quality; also note there may be variations in colours due to inescapable variations in the fabrication process. This also accounts for colour differences on repeat orders of the same items.
3.2 The goods on delivery should be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If this is not the case, goods will be refunded or replaced, in accordance with our returns policy; please contact us immediately at 3cubed.design
4. Prices and Payment
4.1 The price of goods shall be the price in force at the time you confirm your order. We reserve the right to update our price list from time to time without providing specific notice to you.
4.2 Payment of all goods must be made in advance by our accepted methods as specified..
4.3 Prices include VAT.
4.4 The price of goods excludes delivery. The cost of delivery shall be as specified at the time of your order.
5. Availability and delivery
5.1 Some of our goods as displayed on the website will be available from stock and will be despatched directly by us; others will have to be ordered by us from our manufacturers, and will be despatched to the customer directly from our manufacturers. Consequently, delivery times vary from two to six weeks, depending on the goods and quantity ordered.
5.2 The goods will be dispatched after receipt of your order, and delivered to the delivery address by suitable carriers e.g. Royal Mail Parcel Post etc.
5.3 Delivery of the order shall be complete when we deliver the goods to you.
6. Cancellation
6.1. If for any reason you need to cancel an order after submitting it, please call us as soon as possible. Keep in mind, if your order has already been processed (i.e. packed and dispatched), it may be too late to cancel the order; also, when goods are to be manufactured specifically for your order, that order can no longer be cancelled after it has been placed. In the event you refuse an order after it has been dispatched to you, you will be responsible for any delivery charges related to that order.

6.3 If we are notified of your wish to cancel prior to delivery, we will reimburse you within 14 days, the price of the goods paid minus a 1.4% finance cost.
7. Special Orders
In case the customer’s order concerns goods that are not in stock and that we need to order from our manufacturers, payment must be received before we will order such goods and quantities, and such orders can no longer be cancelled before delivery or returned with refunding of the payment.
8. Risk and Title
The goods will be your responsibility from the time they are in your physical possession, or the possession of the person you asked us to deliver to, and will only pass into your ownership when we receive payment in full of all sums due for the goods, including delivery charges.
